French electro-pop visionary Kid Francescoli releases anticipated seventh album ‘A Kind Wave’

French producer, songwriter and electro-pop architect Kid Francescoli releases his seventh studio album A Kind Wave out now via All Night Long / Believe France, available digitally and as a limited-edition vinyl and CD. The most intimate record of his career, the album is an emotional journey exploring peaceful love, the feeling of being at home anywhere with a partner, rediscovered summers, travel and healing.

Rooted in electro-pop yet reaching toward broader horizons, the album is an ode to movement, connection and renewal. It is inspired by travel, encounters and the euphoric feeling of life returning with the first days of summer in the South of France. Vintage synths, analog textures and organic sounds sit alongside soft pop, R&B, soul and dance influences, balancing dancefloor energy with cinematic intimacy.

Central to the record is Kid Francescoli’s deepening creative partnership with vocalist Andréa Durand, who appears across five tracks. She also leads the album’s final single, ‘Don’t Get On The Plane’, released on 9th September. Blending electronic pop and cinematic synth-pop, the song explores a moment where love meets uncertainty, capturing the tension between holding on and letting go.

For over a decade, Kid Francescoli has crafted a deeply evocative musical universe where vintage synths, contemplative electronics and emotional songwriting collide. Emerging from Marseille’s vibrant creative landscape, his sound has continuously evolved through releases including ‘With Julia’ and ‘Play Me Again’, the latter featuring the global breakout track ‘Moon’, which gained over 160 million streams and later found worldwide success through TikTok, introducing his music to a new generation of listeners.

“What inspires me most in music is music itself… and the effect it has on people,” explains Kid Francescoli. That philosophy flows throughout A Kind Wave – an album built on warmth, emotion and human connection, balancing dancefloor energy with cinematic intimacy.

Now, with his seventh studio album A Kind Wave, Kid Francescoli enters a bold new chapter. Rooted in electro-pop yet reaching toward broader horizons, the record is an ode to movement, connection and renewal – inspired by travel, encounters and the euphoric feeling of life returning with the first days of summer in the South of France.

The album arrives ahead of an extensive European headline tour this autumn, bringing his immersive live show to audiences across the continent. The tour kicks off at London’s Electric Brixton on 14th October and travels through Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona and a sold-out Paris L’Olympia show, before concluding with a special hometown performance in Marseille on 5th December. Renowned for transforming his sun-drenched electro-pop into a deeply emotional and cinematic live experience, the shows promise to be among his most immersive yet.

Alongside the European run, Kid Francescoli will then bring the album to North America with an extensive tour in Spring 2027. It begins in Mexico City on 21st March and travels through Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver, Seattle and New York, before wrapping with Canadian dates in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City.
