Kyros & KRPDS Find the Sweet Spot Between Big Room and Techno on “No Self Control”

A new dose of Greek festival power has landed. Kyros and KRPDS join forces on “No Self Control,” a Mainstage-focused collaboration out now via RISING HRMNY.

The record arrives with a clear mission: create instant movement. Powered by forceful drums, rising tension, and a bold electronic payoff, “No Self Control” combines the scale of Big Room with the more relentless pulse of techno. The result is a high-impact track that feels made for the biggest moments of a DJ set—when the room is full, the lights are low, and the crowd is ready for release.

For Kyros, the collaboration extends a trajectory that has already connected with key names across the global EDM landscape. The Greek-born, Munich-based producer is a graduate of SAE Athens Institute’s Electronic Music Production program and has built a catalogue spanning techno, bass house, and tech house. His releases have appeared on labels including Revealed Recordings, Smash The House, Slagelhag Records / Actuation, Future House Cloud, Blvckbox Records / Quartzo, and NeverFail Records.

His music has gained support from influential artists such as Tiësto, Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nicky Romero, Timmy Trumpet, and DJs From Mars, reflecting an ability to produce records that work equally well in a DJ’s crate and on a listener’s playlist.

Collaborator KRPDS, the alias of Dimitris Karipidis, represents another exciting voice from Greece’s rising dance music community. Based in Xanthi, KRPDS specializes in the large-scale sounds of Mainstage, Big Room, and Big Room Techno. He has built a release history through his work with Greek EDM label Alveda Music and continues to broaden his reach through his independently founded label, Microparticle Enterprises.

On “No Self Control,” the two producers meet in the middle: Kyros supplies genre-spanning energy and club-ready precision, while KRPDS brings a clear feel for festival-scale drama. Together, they have created a record that knows exactly where it belongs—at full volume, in front of a crowd.

“No Self Control” is out now on RISING HRMNY.
