Celebrated Medicine Woman, Musician & Speaker LAOR Releases Second Album ‘ÊMOONÀ’

Globally recognised musician and medicine woman LAOR announces the release of ‘ÊMOONÀ’, an eleven track album bringing together songs of love, healing and prayer. Released on 26th June 2026, the project follows her 2019 debut ‘Agradeço’, marking the next chapter in her musical journey.

Described by LAOR as a journey woven as a ceremony, ‘ÊMOONÀ’ showcases original compositions alongside interpretations of some of her favourite medicine songs. Across eleven tracks, the album reflects her intention of creating music that offers space for presence, healing and connection.

LAOR comments: “I am excited to share with you my new album ‘ÊMOONÀ’ which arrives to your ears and hearts full of my musical blessings, weaved into 11 songs of love, healing and prayers.

My music is born in the realms of prayer to bring people into a state of awakening and deep connection during these turbulent times. Over the years, song has become one of my most important ways of listening, remembering and connecting with something greater than myself, and this album reflects that journey.

’ÊMOONÀ’ is a sacred unfolding of my own songs alongside some of my favourite medicine songs, woven together as a musical ceremony. It is a gift for you, my global human family, to bless our souls and lives, our tribes and our children. My hope is that these songs offer moments of connection, presence and remembrance for all who listen.”

The album’s title was created by LAOR drawing inspiration from the Hebrew word “Emunah”, meaning faith, and the moon, which she describes as a guiding presence. Conceived as a new tribal word, ‘ÊMOONÀ’ reflects the themes of love, light and remembrance that run throughout the album and its wider message.

Drawing from a range of influences, including Indigenous traditions, Mediterranean culture, Jewish heritage and ceremonial practice, LAOR’s music is rooted in a longstanding relationship with song as a form of prayer and expression. Through each of the tracks on ‘ÊMOONÀ’, she continues to explore these themes while expanding upon the foundation established by her debut release.

Born in the United States, raised in Israel and now based in Ibiza, LAOR has spent more than two decades researching the transformative potential of the human voice. Her work spans sacred circles, vocal breath journeys, ceremonial concerts and retreats, with a focus on encouraging authentic expression and deeper connection through music.

The release of ‘ÊMOONÀ’ brings together the experiences, teachings and musical influences that have shaped LAOR’s work to date. The album moves between her own compositions and traditional medicine songs, forming a collection intended to be experienced as a complete journey from beginning to end.

LAOR’s music has developed an international following, with her songs shared in sacred spaces, ceremonies and gatherings around the world. She has performed at festivals including Medicine Festival in the United Kingdom, Healing Festival in the Czech Republic, Exit Festival in Serbia, Ada Divine Awakening in Montenegro, Yoga Festival in Israel, Soulstice Festival in Switzerland, Milk’n’Honey Festival in Poland, True Aura Festival, In Connection Festival, Herzflug Festival and Coracao Festival, and is regularly invited to share her music internationally.

As her second full length release, ‘ÊMOONÀ’ further develops LAOR’s distinctive approach to music, bringing together song, prayer and storytelling within a collection that reflects the core elements of her work and introduces the next chapter of her evolving catalogue.
