Italian Talent LEON Drops Club Anthem ‘No Excuses’

LEON lands on TSZR with high-energy house grooves built for peak time

Italian producer/DJ LEON pulls no punches with this belter, ‘No Excuses,’ out on Friday, March 14th, via Three Six Zero Recordings. Stream/buy here.

A high-energy club weapon, ‘No Excuses’ fuses minimal and deep tech grooves with a lead synth that demands mainstage attention. A rolling bassline keeps bodies moving, and its infectious vocal hook keeps ravers singing.

LEON’s obsession with house, electro and techno music started at a young age after discovering the music of Todd Terry, Danny Tenaglia and Laurent Garnier. Having developed his sound he now boasts catalogue across acclaimed labels including Butch’s Cecille, Dennis Cruz’s MÜSE and Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations. On the club front, he’s established himself as a regular at Marco Carola’s Music On Ibiza, and Cocoricò, the most awarded club in Italy. He’s played alongside industry stalwarts including; Carl Cox, Joseph Capriati, Loco Dice, Luciano and The Martinez Brothers.

‘No Excuses’ is the 52nd addition to Three Six Zero’s catalogue of forward-thinking house anthems. Leading the charge in techy, minimal grooves from some of the most in-demand producers in dance music, TSZR’s recent releases include Josh Baker’s massive ‘Misleading’, the catchy ‘Step By Step’ by Marsolo, and ‘Gimme’ by artist-to-watch, Riordan.

LEON’s single, ‘No Excuses,’ adds to the party, dropping this Friday, March 14th. Catch it via Spotify.
