Love to be… Announces Biggest Leeds Event of 2025 at Mint Warehouse

After a landmark year of festivals, international showcases, and sell-out club events, legendary house brand Love to be… makes its long-awaited return to Leeds. On Saturday 13th December, Mint Warehouse will host an exclusive all-day and night takeover, running from 6PM until 2AM, marking the brand’s only Leeds appearance of 2025.

Famed for transforming spaces into immersive house experiences, Love to be… is set to bring its trademark energy back to one of the city’s most loved underground venues. Expect thumping sound, cutting-edge production, and the kind of atmosphere that has made Love to be… one of the UK’s most enduring dance institutions since 1994.

Taking control of the Love to be… Room, Defected queen Sam Divine leads the charge with her high-octane mix of soulful and upfront house. She’s joined by the brand’s very own founders and residents, Trimtone, alongside respected clubland stalwart Cash Only, long-time favourite and Love to be… Records label manager Stuart Pilling, plus rising DJs Aimee and Keexx, who bring a diverse and dynamic soundtrack across the night.

The second space will be taken over in full by FunkyLove, the Leeds-born brand that has been making waves across Yorkshire and beyond. Following their stage host duties at both Love to be… festivals in Sheffield and Harrogate earlier this year, FunkyLove now steps into the spotlight in their hometown. Expect a euphoric house classics vibe, featuring sets from Tony Walker, Tin Tin, Hatty Lovehearts, Sinclair, Mark Wilkie, Nick Ellerbeck, and live performances from Sarah Sax Player, Bongo Dave, and Alice Bailey, adding extra layers of energy to the room.

With just one Leeds date on the calendar this year, this Mint Warehouse takeover promises to be a true celebration of house music in true Love to be style. From day to night, Love to be… will unite generations of house lovers under one roof for an unforgettable party.

Tickets are on sale now from £25 + booking fee via Skiddle. Early purchase is advised as demand for this one-off Leeds showcase is expected to be high.
