W&W GIVES ETHEL THE VIRAL OIIA CAT A PARTY-READY MAKEOVER WITH THEIR NEW TRACK ‘OIIA OIIA (SPINNING CAT)’

W&W has done it again, taking the internet by storm with their latest viral sensation: the OIIA Cat! This iconic spinning green-screen cat, affectionately known as Ethel, has captivated millions online, sparking wild reactions from cats everywhere. Inspired by the craze, W&W created an epic track and debuted it during their NYE show, transforming the event into a full-blown Cat Rave to ring in the new year.

The video of their performance skyrocketed to over 85 million views across platforms in less than 48 hours, uniting ravers and cat lovers around the globe.

Ethel, the blind Ohio cat behind the trend, owes her fame to her irresistibly quirky charm. Proceeds from the song will go directly to Ethel and her care, with a portion also donated to the Cat Welfare Association, the non-profit shelter based in Ohio that gave her a second chance.

Dutch DJ and producer duo W&W are global dance music powerhouses, blending uplifting Trance melodies, intense Techno beats, and harder styles to craft their signature main stage sound. With over 12 million monthly Spotify listeners, more than 10 million social media followers, and a spot in DJ Mag’s Top 25 for over a decade, W&W continue to dominate festivals worldwide. Beyond their electrifying performances, their Rave Culture label and NWYR trance alias further solidify their influence as pioneers in the electronic music scene.

From viral sensation to dancefloor anthem, this is one moment in music (and meme) history you won’t want to miss!
