LYOD & Alexis Troy Release ‘Nightfall’ EP

The new collaborative Nightfall EP by German dance sensation LYOD and multi-platinum producer Alexis Troy, out March 7th via OUT FIT, captures the transition from the last rays of sunlight to a realm of artificial lights.

With 100 million+ streams to his name, LYOD is no stranger to crafting immersive soundscapes that resonate deep within the soul. Through eight tracks, LYOD’s Nightfall EP ventures into the dark hours of the night, weaving a tapestry of a sound that’s both mature and atmospheric. The focus track, ‘Eyes on Me,’ pulses with energy, driven by an infectious rhythm and a standout rap sample that demands your attention. It captures the essence of nightlife—vibrant, edgy, and full of emotion.

Elsewhere on the EP, its opening track ‘Dread’ presents itself instantly as a nostalgic, atmospheric club anthem featuring ethereal synths, steady kicks, and reimagined Madonna vocals. ‘Ricarda’ stands out with its unforgettable vocal sample, weaving together pulsating beats and atmospheric layers. It’s a hypnotic and invigorating testament to LYOD’s signature style and Alexis Troy’s creative synergy.

The EP’s second track ‘Exterminate’ revives SNAP!’s 1992 classic with a fresh twist, merging nostalgic elements with modern production. ‘Sugar Baby’ reimagines Crazytown’s iconic 1999 track into a crisp, powerful anthem. ‘Codeine’ acts as the emotional core of the EP, slowing the tempo to highlight a haunting vocal performance and deep emotional resonance. ‘Future Zulu’ delivers dark, high-energy club-ready sound, while final track ‘Say Goodbye’ rounds out the EP with an atmospheric anthem blending trance elements and infectious synths.

March 7th marks the anticipated release of LYOD’s Nightfall EP, where he and Alexis Troy blend artistry and innovation, inviting listeners to embrace the allure of the night.
