Rising Dutch star Marsolo steps up for his debut on Three Six Zero Recordings with the new single ‘Step By Step’, out on January 31st.

‘Step By Step’ is seductive sleazy minimal tech house at its finest. Providing an air of intimacy, Marsolo wraps the listener up in a groove of whispered vocals, complimented by warm house drums, synths and a simple but highly effective bassline. It’s already proven to be a weapon on the dancefloor, seeing support from esteemed label owner/DJ Chris Stussy, TSZR regular and 2024 DJ Mag Award winner Josh Baker, as well as Marco Carola, Max Dean, SOSA, ALISHA, Franky Rizardo and more. It’s also seen keen support on socials, having been used so far in thousands of TikTok creations. However, in an unexpected new trend, TikTokers are hilariously mi-steak-ing the lyrics (See clips HERE).

The new single, ‘Step By Step’, marks the beginning of a jam-packed 2025 for Marsolo, and the end of a huge 2024, which saw him release EPs on PIV, and You&Me, and a single on Koltrax. This year, the Dutch producer is ramping things up a notch, playing loads of gigs in the likes of Paris, Dublin, Edinburgh and Bristol, including a set at London’s legendary fabric nightclub alongside Josh Baker, Mella Dee, Tristan da Cunha, Reeshy and more.

Marsolo, the alias of Dutch DJ and producer Marijn van Vliet, is making waves in the house music scene with his emotive, story-driven tracks. Known for his vintage, sample-based drums and refreshing synths, his sound blends euphoria with innovation. A graduate of the renowned Herman Brood Academy, Marsolo’s tracks have been supported by top-tier artists like Chris Stussy and Fuse affiliate Enzo Siragusa, he’s graced iconic venues such as Thuishaven, Paradiso, and fabric. With his boundary-pushing creativity, Marsolo is a name to watch as he embarks on a promising musical journey.
